We are still going through Intense Transformation during this Full Moon Lunar Elcipse
Letting go of what no longer serves us and honoring our truth. Changes and endings may
come quickly due to the Lunar eclipse here. Addictions and self destructive behaviors may come into the light and need to
be transformed during this Full Moon.
All full
Moons deal with awareness, with shining the light of consciousness (Sun) into the Unconscious (Moon). Each full Moon
asks us to become conscious of those aspects of life we all share in.
BENIFIT OF CHANTING
OM: "Om" is the universal sound that vibrates in the universe. Chanting this sound helps to
bring peace and calm to the body, mind and soul by merging the vibrations of the body with that of the universe.
BURNING BOWL CELEBRATION: A powerful outlet to let the old go by writing down the old things we want to release. This paper is burned so the
energy can be released to the Universe to transmute into the light we need in our lives.
